Computers are my passion. I started when I was 14, building my own computer with parts bought for Christmas (thanks Mom!). Since then I have dedicated my time towards education on technology and have worked various jobs in IT. I started this business for one reason, ease of mind. When I would tell people at my previous jobs to call our tech support line for support or go through a chat bot, I noticed how often people would grimace, look confused, or try their hardest to find another route. Its obvious what people want is a face to face connection when they need help with their electronics, not a robot phone tree, not “AI” and not someone on another continent. I’ll be the first to tell you, I cant fix everything but what I can do is give you world class service that will have you wishing you had called sooner.
